Doctor Flandes, Chief of the Bronchoscopy Unit at the Fundación Jiménez Díaz, runs one of the most modern and best equipped units of its kind in Europe. The unit has a highly qualified staff and state of the art equipment and facilities which are prepared to meet the challenges facing bronchoscopy in the 21st century.
From the diagnosis to therapy, the Fundación Jiménez Díaz is a pioneer institution in the treatment of bronchial pathologies in Spain.
In addition to its permanent staff, the unit is regularly visited by residents and medical and nursery students.
